Examination dates for 2026 officially announced

The Department of Examinations has officially announced the dates for the major school examinations scheduled for the year 2026.

According to the statement released by the Commissioner General of Examinations, the schedule is as follows:

· 2026 Grade Five Scholarship Examination: August 09, 2026.

· 2026 G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination: August 10 to September 05, 2026.

· 2026 G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination: December 08 to December 17, 2026.

In addition, the 2025 G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination (which was deferred) is scheduled to be held at the beginning of 2026, from February 17 to February 26.
