An anti tetanus injection sufficient for 5 children administered to one child at a clinic in Galageda

Police has launched a probe with regard to the incident of administering  to one child a tetanus injection sufficient for five children at a maternity clinic in Galagedera in Kandy.

A Family Health female employee had administered the anti-tetanus content usually administered to five children to one five year old child at a maternity clinic at Gaaliyaava in Galgedera.
