Private Sector to be Stabilized - JVP

The JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake states that the private sector is not aware of the government’s economic policy.

Attending a meeting convened by the small scale vehicle importers, he pointed out that the minister and the secretary of Finance should take steps to prevent this.

Chairman of the small scale vehicle importer’s association Hisam Mohommed questioned the JVP leader about the taxes set upon hybrid vehicles during the last interim budget and how it affects the small scale vehicle importers.

Responding to the questions he declared that a new economic procedure should be introduced to ensure stable profits instead of extensive profits.
