Former President expresses his best wishes for the National Government

President Mahinda Rajapaksa says that he offers his best wishes for the new national Government.

The former President said so while participating at a function held at the Samarasinhaaraama Buddhist Temple at Thelijjivila in Matara yesterday.

The former President said so while responding to questions journalists asked him when he came to the Temple.

On this occasion journalists asked the former president for his views on the national Government concept.

On this occasion new parliamentary affairs Minister Mahinda Yaapaa Abeywardhana who had taken oaths yesterday also joined the former president.

The former President replied to the question pointing Minister Mahinda Yaapaa Abeywardhana to journalists.
