The joint organization of all island war heroes’ wives guild has made a demand requesting to continue the payment of full salary to the families of the fallen war heroes, even after the completion of 55 years of age.

Expressing their views during a media briefing held in Colombo today, they noted that the full salary is currently paid only for the disabled war heroes after completing of 55 years of age.
