A bullet-proof Defender worth 70 million rupees recovered from Batticaloa

A bullet-proof Defender valued at approximately 70 million rupees was recovered from Saturukondaan in Batticaloa. 

A senior police officer told our news team that the recovery was made during raid carried out by a squad from the Police Financial Crimes Division. 

The recovery was made from was a garage in Saturukondaan where the vehicle was parked. 

At this stage authorities have not been able to determine details regarding ownership.
