Former President Chandrika says Hela Urumaya is also a hurdle for the new constitution

Former president Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga says that the government should draw more attention to introduce a new constitution rather than holding instigations against war crimes at this juncture.

She also said that Jathika Hela Urumaya, Bodu Bala Sena Organization and the Joint Opposition led by former president Rajapaksa are big challenges before the task of introducing a new constitution.
