Uva Chief Minister granted bail

Uva Chief Minister Chamara Sampath Dasanayake who was arrested for allegedly forcing a school principal to kneel has been granted bail.
 
He was produced before Badulla Magistrate this morning.
 
Earlier in the day, the Chief Minister was arrested by police after he surrendered through a lawyer.
