Two arrested for collecting polling cards in exchange for money

Police Spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekera says that two persons who had collected polling cards and NICs in exchange for money were arrested in Beruwela.
Addressing the media he said the suspects have settled water bills and electricity bills of the voters in exchange for polling cards.
The suspects are residents of Beruwela.
