The Marshall Islands which remained as one of the only countries in the world that did not report any cases of coronavirus has reported their first patient. 


Currently two patients who were workers at the US military base on Kwajalein Atoll have been identified. 



The two patients, a 35-year-old woman and 46-year-old man, who were asymptomatic had arrived at the Kwajalein Atoll direct from Honolulu. 



They are currently quarantined at the military base. 



The relevant authorities state that there is no threat of community transmission.
