Special notice for those that didn't receive loan concessions

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka stated that a special number has been introduced for customers of banks and non-banking institutions to lodge their grievances if they did not receive the Government recommended loan concessions.

With the emergence of the third COVID wave, the Government recommended that loan concessions be provided for the consumers of both banks and non-banking institutions.

Accordingly, complaints can be made directly to the Banks and Non-Banking Institutions Division of the CBSL by calling 011-2477966.
