COVID death toll in Sri Lanka increases to 2,534

The Director General of Health Services has confirmed that 54 COVID deaths have occurred yesterday (18).

Accordingly, the total number of COVID deaths in the country is 2,534.

The deceased included 31 men and 23 women.

Among them are 4 women and 5 men between the ages of 30 and 59, according to the Director General of Health Services.

Among the deceased were 18 women and 25 men aged 60 and over.

The deceased also included a woman and a man under the age of 30.
