AG has instructed the IGP today to arrest if sufficient evidence is available, 22 persons including MPs Johnston Fernando, Sanath Nishantha & Senior DIG Western Province Deshabandu Tennakoon regarding the attacks in Kollupitiya & Galle Face on 9 May.

Earlier, the Attorney General had instructed the Director of the CID to obtain a statement from the relevant persons regarding the Galle Face incident.
