Higher Education Deputy Minister Nandimithra Ekanayaka says The 'Leadership Training and Positive Attitude Development Programme' for undergraduates is in progress, equipping future leaders with leadership qualities and a positive attitude.


Training for the second intake of the 'Leadership Training and Positive Attitude Development Programme' for new university entrants will commence today at 22 training centres.


Training for the second batch will continue till February 1.


The training for the third batch will be held from February 12th to 28th.


Deputy Minister Nandimithra Ekanayaka said 7,860 students, who passed the Advanced Level examination in 2011 have been selected for the second batch.
