CEB & CPC burden on country's economy

CEB+%26+CPC+burden+on+country%27s+economy++++++

Deputy Minister of Finance Dr. Sarath Amunugama states that losses incurred by the Ceylon Electricity Board as well as the Ceylon Petroleum Cooperation are a burden on the countries economy.

Making his speech during a function held to launch the web site of the Public Utilities Commission today Dr. Amunugama expressed these views.

Speaking further Dr. Amunugama also noted that it was high time to modernise power plants, policies & even the attitudes of certain officials.
