Headaches & heartache attributed to high humidity

Child specialist Dr. Deepal Perera has attributed existing high humidity levels to dehydration and various other forms of symptoms.

According to Dr. Deepal Perera high humidity levels are believed to cause acute dehydration, where as the inability to consume sufficient amounts of fluid may even result in causing heart failure.


Meanwhile Duty Meteorologist at the Department of Meteorology Pabodhani Karunapala states that the humid conditions experienced at present may persist in the days to come.
