Democracy delayed despite end of war says Opposition Leader in North

Opposition Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe during his tour of the countries North states that despite the end of the war democracy has not dawned in the region.


Wickremesinghe made the following observations in this regard while addressing a group of UNP activist in Chawakachcheri this morning.
