Ban Ki-moon urges North Korea to end missile tests

Sunday, 19 May 2013 - 17:00

Speaking in Russia, Ban called on North Korea to lower the tensions in the region and "resume dialogue" over its nuclear programme.

Tensions were high across the region earlier this year between North Korea and its neighbours and the US.
