Restrictions slapped on soy bean imports

The Ministry of Agriculture states that import of big onion, potatoes, sweet corn and soya beans will be limited very soon.


Addressing a media briefing held at his office this morning, Agriculture Minister Mahinda Yapa Abeywardana said that the traders who buy local stocks will only be permitted to import stocks to the tune to their local purchases.
