7.5+million+rupees+robbed+during+day+light+at+Ja+Ela

A garment factory owner in Ekala, Ja Ela was robbed of 7.5 million rupees this afternoon.

 

Police Media Spokesman said an unidentified group travelling in a white van has robbed the money as the factory owner reached his office to for a private transaction.

 

Police said the incident has been recorded on the CCTV cameras installed at the factory premises.

 

A special police unit with sleuths from Ja Ela police and Kelaniya Crime Investigation Division led by an ASP is investigating, to arrest the suspects.
