SLMC to vacate government if 13th amendment is abolished

SLMC+to+vacate+government+if+13th+amendment+is+abolished+++

The Sri Lanka Muslim Congress states that if the 13th amendment to the constitution is abolished the party would vacate the government.

National Organizer of the SLMC Shafeek Rajabdeen expressing his views to our news team noted that the SLMC was thoroughly against the move to remove police & land powers which are vested in provincial councils.

Moreover General Secretary of the JHU Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka, Media Spokesperson of the UNP MP Gayantha Karunathilleke & Leader of the National Freedom Front Minister Wimal Weerawansa expressed the following views with regards to the 13th amendment.
