13th should be changed in collaboration with India says UNP

The UNP states that Sri Lanka does not have the right to amend the 13th amendment on its own.


Speaking at a press conference held in Colombo today, UNP General Secretary Parliamentarian Thissa Attanayaka stated that no one party has the right to amend an agreement which was reached by two countries.
