The TNA stated that it will release its official statement tomorrow whether the party would nominate representatives to the PSC which strives to find a solution to the national problem.

TNA MP Selvam Addaikalanathan said that the members of PLOTE, TELO, EPRLF and TULF will meet in Colombo for discussions tomorrow.

TNA representatives met SLMC Leader Rauff Hakeem and several other top officials yesterday to discuss the government decision to change 2 clauses of the 13th Amendment.

MP Addaikalanathan said that the TNA representatives educated their SLMC counterparts on the issues they discussed during the recent Indian tour as well.

Meanwhile the TNA had discussed the issue regarding the 13th Amendment with the Democratic People’s Front leader Mano Ganeshan.

It expects to have similar discussion with the left-wing political parties as well.

Our news team asked MP Addaikalanathan whether his party was influenced by India to start talking to other parties with regard to the changes of the 13th Amendment.

However former Chief Minister of the Eastern Provincial Council Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias Pillayan staged his protest towards the move to change the 13th Amendment.

When our news team asked MP Addaikalanathan whether his party would discuss the issue with Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan, the MP had this to say.
