Cyber racket on wildlife revealed.

The Wildlife Department has taken a man into custody in Kirulapone who had sold wild animals using the Internet.

The Department spokesman said that 4 varieties of wild animals and an animal cage were also taken into custody.

The spokesman said that the department deployed 2 decoys to trap the suspect.

The suspect had allegedly sold one python at 10,000 rupees, one cobra at 4,000 rupees and one Iguana at 17,500 rupees.
