Nearly 4.3 million voters will go to polls to elect 142 members for the Provincial Councils in the North, the North Western and the Central Province tomorrow.


The polls will start at 7 in the morning tomorrow at 3 thousand 712 polling stations and close at 4 in the evening.


3 thousand 785 candidates representing 126 political parties and 75 independent groups are contesting tomorrow’s Provincial Council elections.


Our correspondents stated that election duty officers have already left for their respective polling stations and the transportation of ballot boxes was also started at 7 this morning.


Meanwhile police have arranged special security at all polling stations and counting centers.
