Hotels in Colombo to be inspected in view of CHOGM summit

The Public Health Division of the Colombo Municipal Council has taken steps to inspect star class hotels and nearby cafeterias in view of the CHOGM summit.


Chief Medical Officer Pradeep Kariyawasam stated that several hotels had been inspected by now with much attention on the water that is used.


He further stated that attention had to be drawn on the water used at these hotels as there were reports that tube well water is being used with water from the NWSDB.
