TNA leaders and the newly elected members of its coalitions will meet in Jaffna today to discuss about the allocation of ministerial positions to each ally in the Northern PC.

The 4 allies of the TNA had earlier agreed to allocate ministerial position on an equal basis.

However, the TNA’s main coalition, Tamil Arasu Kachchi had asked 2 ministerial positions.

Sources close to TNA stated that PLOT leader Dharmalingam Siddharthan is offered the Chair of the Northern PC but has not given his consent to accept the post.

When our news team contacted TNA MP M.A. Sumandiran, he said the alliance will come to a final decision on the issue at the meeting today.
