Sri Lankan Human Rights situation improves

The Human Rights Commission states that Sri Lanka has managed to obtain a favourable status on the Human Rights Index during the third quarter of this year comparative to that of last year.

Speaking to our news team the legal secretary of the commission attorney at law Nimal Punchihewa stated that initiating certain recommendations of the LLRC report has contributed towards this improvement.
