Chief Justice Mohan Peiris said that it was not foreign countries which taught Sri Lanka about human rights.

 

The Chief Justice said so while participating at the inauguration of the new District Court newly constructed in Kandy for speedy solving the cases under the Buddhist Temples and Devaala-gam Act.
