Video: Rathupaswala drinking water problem goes to Appeal Court

The Siyane Drinking Water Protection Organization and Environment Justice Centre filed a petition at the Appeal Court today citing that the government officials have not performed duty properly to prevent the contamination of ground water and soil in Rathupaswala.

Accordingly, notices were issued on Board of Investment, Central Environment Authority and the authorities of the glove manufacturing factory at Rathupaswala to appear before the Court on the 27th of this month.
