Apparel industry will maintain growth momentum.

General Secretary of the Joint Apparel Association Forum states that Sri Lanka’s apparel industry has shown continuous growth over the years.

Exports for the first eleven months of the year recorded a value of 4,302.4 million US dollars. The target set for 2014 was 4.8 billion US dollars.

He said that their target is to become a five billion dollar industry this year and they are confident of achieving it.
