Lottery dealers goes on a strike

All Island Lottery Dealers ‘Association (AILDA) says a strike will commence today.

Association President Krishan Marambe said the government has failed to respond to their demands and the strike was organized as a result.

A five day strike was launched earlier when the state failed to increase the commission of sellers when the price of a lottery was increased to Rs. 30.
