Rocky star Sylvester Stallone is alive and well, following a sick death hoax which spread on social media over the weekend.

While the actor has not referenced the hoax, he returned to Instagram on Saturday posting a fun pic of himself posing with champion boxer Sergey “Krusher" Kovzalev.

The hoax started on Saturday when a fake CNN news story began circulating online and quickly after on Facebook, causing fans to go into a meltdown on Twitter.
