England trounces Australia in 1st ODI

Jason Roy hit 180 off 151 balls, England' highest score in One-Day Internationals and helped his team go one up in the 1st ODI of the 5-match series against Australia at the MCG today (Jan. 14).

Batting first Australia made 304 for 8 backed up by Aaron Finch's 107.

However, the visitors reached the target of 308 for 5 wickets with 7 balls to spare.

Joe Root made 91 not out.
