Madhushanka bags hattrick, Sri Lanka wins tri-nation trophy

Sri Lanka beat hosts Bangladesh by 79 runs in the tri-nation series final in Dhaka a short while ago.

Batting first, Sri Lanka made 221 before being bowled out.

In reply, Bangladesh batsmen were all out for 142 in 42.1 overs.

Debutant Shehan Madushanka made it a memorable game by bagging a hattrick.

He captured the last 3 wickets.

Mahmudullah was the top scorer for the home side with 79.
