Mumbai Indians beat the Pune Warriors by 41 runs at the Wankhede Stadium yesterday.

Batting first, Mumbai Indians posted a challenging total of 183 for 3. The Mumbai Indians bowlers then took wickets at regular intervals to restrict Pune Warriors to 142 for 8 despite Mitchell Marsh's rear-guard effort of 38.

Mumbai Indians became the third team after Bangalore and Hyderabad to register 3 wins out of four in this year's edition of the IPL.

Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings 166 for 6 beat Royal Challengers Bangalore 165 for 6 by four wickets in this year’s IPL in Chennai.
