Sports museum to be set up in Sri Lanka

The Sports Ministry has turned its attention upon establishing a sports museum in the near future.


The Ministry stated that every country in the world celebrates its sportsmen and women and their achievements in common sports museums, while Sports Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage claimed that this was the reason behind the decision to establish Sri Lanka’s own sports museum.
