Presidential Candidate of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Gotabhaya Rajapaksa worshipped at the Anuradhapura Sri Maha Bodhi this morning and obtained blessings.

Our Hiru Correspondent said that Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa was present on this occasion too.

Meanwhile, Member of Parliament Kanchana Wijesekera said that Presidential Candidate Gotabhaya Rajapaksa will be fair by all nationalities.

He made this comment during a meeting with the Muslim community held in Colombo yesterday.
