23 people killed due to floods and landslides in Nepal

23 people have been killed in Nepal due to flash floods and landslide during the torrential rains.

Foreign media reported that more than a thousand people have been displaced in western Nepal as a result.

Several houses have been destroyed by floods and landslides, and the security forces have launched relief operations.
