A stock of gloves meant for the first responders at Florida hospitals were stolen recently.

Over 6 million pairs of gloves which worth over US$ 1 million, were delivered to Coral Spring in the state of Florida last Friday night

However, surveillance cameras have recorded that a group of thieves had broken into containers and loaded the gloves into a truck on Sunday night and fled.

The glove supply company said it was "saddened" by the fact that many hospitals in areas who are treating COVID-19 patients are facing difficulties due to this.
