COVID death toll in Mexico exceeds 100,000

The death toll reported from Mexico, the most populated country among the Spanish-speaking countries, has now exceeded 100,000.

Mexico is the fourth country in the world after the United States, Brazil and India to have COVID death toll exceed 100,000.

The number of coronavirus patients reported in Mexico with a population of 125 million has also exceeded one million.

The number of coronavirus patients worldwide stands at 57,430,633, while the death toll stands at 1,368,967
