GCE O/L 2020 postponed indefinitely - (Video)

Minister of Education Prof G.L. Peiris stated that the GCE O/L Examination cannot be held as scheduled & a new date will be announced 06 weeks ahead of the examination.

Therefore the 2020 GCE O/L exam which was postponed to January 2020 will now be pushed further.

It was previously decided to conduct the examination from 18th to 27th of January in 2021.

The Covid situation in the country remains intense with over 500 patients reported yesterday.

In the month of November more than 90 deaths have been reported primarily from the Western Province with over 13,000 persons testing positive for coronavirus.
