It was revealed that there is no evidence to suggest that the fire that broke out at the Hulftsdorp Superior Court complex in Colombo was a deliberate act.

Sources said that the team conducting the investigation into the incident has revealed that.

The fire broke out at the complex on 15 December, after which a team had arrived on-site to carry out investigations.

A separate investigation is underway by the CID probing the breaking out of the fire.
