The Colombo Stock Exchange closed on a positive note yesterday (12), with the ASPI rising by 1.09% (78.61 points) to end at 7,282.24 points, while the S&P SL20 rising 0.42% (11.56 points) to 2,742.41 points.
Total turnover for the day amounted to Rs. 8.5 billion, with over 544 million shares changing hands.
