The surveillance video taken outside a barbershop in Zaozhuang, China, shows a 15-year-old who walks outside in the freezing cold.
After inspecting the pole which was right outside the store, the young man proceeds to lick the pole.
In the freezing cold of 3 degrees Fahrenheit, which is approximate, -16 degrees Celsius, the child’s tongue gets stuck on the pole.
“Unh! Unh!” he cries for help as loud as he can before another helps him out by pouring warm water
