Secretary-General of Parliament Dhammika Dasanayake stated that the meeting of the Committee on Parliamentary Business scheduled to be held today (13) is rescheduled to be held next Monday (18) on the instructions of the Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena.
This meeting of the Committee on Parliamentary Business was scheduled to be held to decide on the Business of the House for the Parliamentary Week which is scheduled to commence on the 19 January.
