The Consumer Affairs Authority has begun operations to raid mobile vendors that sell goods at a higher price in villages when travel restrictions are imposed.

Speaking to Hiru News, CAA Chairperson retired Major General Shantha Dissanayake stated that steps would be taken to revoke the licences of those traders.
