Farmers in the Giribawa Divisional Secretariat Division in Kurunegala are facing severe difficulties due to the rapid spread of 'kaha rogaya' or yellowing disease on Undu, Mung, palmyrah, and banana crops.

They stated that this small crop farm, which had been rescued from wild elephants for two months, was being completely destroyed due to the disease.
