COVID death toll increases to 2,814 in Sri Lanka

Government Information Department stated that 45 more COVID-19 deaths confirmed for 23 June.

This was confirmed by the Director-General of Health.

Moreover, the reported 45 deaths included, one woman below the age of 30.

Between the ages 30 to 59, the death of two women and eight men were reported.

Death of 15 women and 18 men of above 60 years of age were also reported.

Accordingly, the COVID-19 death toll of the country increased to 2,814.
