The remains of late popular actor Darshan Dharmaraj has been laid in a private flower parlour in Colombo for public respect.
A large number of people including artists are present to pay their last respects.
Actor Darshan Dharmaraj passed away yesterday (02).
He was admitted to the Colombo National Hospital due to a heart attack and died about half an hour later.
Darshan's body is currently laid in a private parlour in Colombo, and relatives, artists have come in large numbers to pay their last respects to this artist.
The body will be kept in the private flower parlor until three in the afternoon and then taken to his hometown Rakwana, Ratnapura.
Actor Darshan Dharmaraj made his first television appearance through the Sidney Chandrasekara's teledrama A9. He was awarded Best Actor Awards at several Film festivals in Sri Lanka for his portrayal as ex-LTTE cadre in Asoka Handagama's movie Ini Avan (2012)
